武汉理工大学硕士学位论文Abstract 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Since 1950s of 20th Century,It has been the rapid development of compoter technology for engineering design,Analysis and optimization technology has brought sweeping changes． Computer hardware，computing technology,applied mathematics，mechanics,computer graphics， software technology of combining integration promoting design concepts，theories，methods， techniques and the tools of progress,design theory and application of new technologies to unprecedented prospedty．Meanwhile with the development of ports，the requirement of port mechineW is higher and higher． So design calculation method of loading and unloading machine need to be renewcd，substantiated and consummated constantly to make port machinery nlore functional，econonlic,reliable and safe． For a long time，the design method of loading and unloading machine of pert mostly adopts the static design and has no valid method of dynamic emulation．Adopting technique of virtual prototype in study of port machinery can reaHze emulation that the running state of each mechanism under various working conditions which varies according to load and the process which varies according to time．Results from the emulation are used to estimate and judge different data of aetuul movement． It also has some reference value for the dynamic analysis and calculation of pert machinery．What have mentioned above provide the foundation for emulation design study of crane and provide technique support for the creative design and optimization of crane．It plays an important part in quickening the development cycle and reducing the cost． This paper bases on the technique of virtual prototype and utilizes software platform of UG ADAMSandANSYSto establishthree-dimensional digitizedvirtualprototypeofdoublelinkjib system of portal crane and systematically do its analysis of dynalIIics emulation of multi-body system．It realizes that emulation of double llnk jib system under different working conditions． R
