Idaho is a drought-tolerant tree species, with its flowers bloom but infertility, drought, root and stem strong sprouting ability. R. pse udoacacia cv. Idaho has multiple propagation methods. Its propagation and regeneration is not limited by the season, high speed and high efficiency of propagation, and is the fundamental biotechnology maintaining the tree 爷s super characteristics. For optimal tissue culture system, this paper reviewed research methods and experimental status at all stages, focusing on key issues and influencing factors in tissue culture.
