II II Abstract Chaos Theory is an interdisciplinary theory. It has penetrated into every corner of the natural and social science. According to the characteristics of chaos theory， combining chaotic theory with scientific and technological achievements of modern enterprise management can create a new management methodology about technological achievements. In business management, the successful management of technological achievements plays a very far-reaching role in the economic development of enterprises, improvement of productivity and social progress. But now, for some reason, people can not have a deep understanding of management in technological achievements of enterprises and do not have a correct understanding of the inherent mechanism. So, now the theory of enterprise management in technological achievements has been labeled as one of the important objects in management academic field. In the course of the study, it can be seen that many contents related to management activities reflect the characteristics of chaos theory in enterprise management systems of technological achievements. Also it can be found that the theory can show its particular advantages in solving the problem of management. Therefore, based on analysis of applying chaos theory in the enterprise management of scientific and technological achievements, this paper will focus on the following questions: First of all, it describes the necessity and importance of introducing the chaos theory into technological achievements in business management. And it analyses the predictive ， applying ， harmonious management of scientific and technological achievements of modern enterprise and the chaotic phenomenon in the evaluation of it. Secondly, it studies deeply the traditional predictive methods and the new predictive system under the help of chaotic theory. It takes the new theory as the mode of predictive management system.
