成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Objective: This study was based on clinical epidemiological method of thyroid disease (hyperthyroidism, JiaJian, thyroid inflammation) of the patients for scientific investigation to appropriate sample clinical material as the basic data to establish thyroid disease database , and then through the factor analysis method , this paper discusses the thyroid disease of disease and syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine distribution, lay the foundation for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: The April 2011 to February 2013 from chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital and provincial hospital endocrinology outpatient and ward accord with the research condition of patients with thyroid disease in 268 patients with hyperthyroidism, of which 113 cases, 82 cases of thyroid inflammation JiaJian, 73 cases of patients with into four diagnostic information records, to collect data for probability, and calculation of the four diagnostic data statistics , through the four diagnostic methods statistics information using factor analys is method for classification and calculation, find out the symptoms and signs collected the inner link, to close correlation between the symptoms and signs for class syndrome induction, and calculated the proportion of this syndrome, it can be concluded that thyroid disease of TCM syndrome distribution. To occupy large proportion of class syndrome to carry on the analysis , this paper is mainly concerned with thyroid disease viscera qi and Yin and Yang change ups and downs.
