Through the real-time online calibration of the camera and the image processing, we can obtain the physical coordinates of the edge points of addendum circle and dedendum circle and the center point according to the concept of a circle, and the diameter value. The diameter results of the addendum circle and the dedendum circle can be measured according to the conception of circle. The measurement of addendum circle is nearly equal with the standard value obtained from the test, but dedendum circle is large. That is because the feature point of the tooth root of dedendum circle produce large errors due to image processing, the measurement results are not very satisfied. Four-bar linkage mechanical which is the easiest plane mechanism is taken as a test platform for the kinematic analysis. The target point is labeled with a marked tag and the cluster analysis in real time is used to the identify segmentation, so we can get the feature points. The calibration plate is for the real-time calibration when we captured the target, so we can get the physical coordinates of the feature points in each moment. A number of points can be obtained in one cycle of the movement of the rocker, and these data points are calculated for fitting the trajectory. The trajectory is compared with the simulated trajectory, which can tell us something about the test.
