大连理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文摘要 大连理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文 摘要 工程项目是在复杂的自然和社会环境中进行的，其建设是一个周期长、投资多、内 部结构复杂、外部联系广泛的生产消费过程，在该过程中，存在着大量的不确定因素， 由此产生的风险常常影响工程项目的顺利实施。工程项目迫切需要加强风险管理。在现 代项目管理中，风险管理已成为研究的热点之一。工程项目的风险管理是用系统、动态 的方法对风险进行测控，减少项目过程中的不确定性，本文对工程项目风险管理应是项 目全过程、全方位的管理进行了研究。 本文结合自己多年在国内建筑施工企业和外商在华建筑施工及管理企业的工作经 验，本文比较系统地研究了工程项目风险管理的理论，分析了施工企业工程项目面临的 各种风险，建立了建筑施工企业工程项目风险理论体系和管理模式，全面分析和阐述了 风险规划、识别、评估、决策和监控的过程和方法，建立了风险模型，引入了一些新的 分析、评估和监控方法，并通过某企业在某工程项目实施风险管理的案例，说明了施工 企业工程项目风险管理的程序和方法，可用于指导施工企业进行工程施工风险管理。 关键词：工程风险；风险分析；风险评估；风险对策；风险监控 建设工程项目风险管理的研究与应用Study 建设工程项目风险管理的研究与应用 Study and Application on Construction Proj ect Risk Management Abstract Engineering project is performed under the various natural condition and complicated social circumstance．It is a combination process of production and consumption, 丽m the feature of long last-time，vast investment， external relationship．Going forward step by step，there are many uncertainties in the construction project．The uncertainties make risks happen which usually do harm to the implement of the project．So，it is urgent to apply risk management to engineering project． Nowadays，the study ofrisk management has become a hot issue in project management field． As the comprehensive social activity in the economy,technique and manage，organizes aspects，the engineering project exists the indetermination in everywhere．The engineering project needs to strengthen the risk management urgently．In the modem engineering project manage，risk management become one of the popular． Wjtll years of experience in domestic and international construction companies in China, this thesis studied project risk management theory in a systematic way,analyzed various risks facing construction companies，developed theoretical system and managerial model for construction enterprise risk management,analyzed and described the process and methodology of risk planning，recognition,evaluation,decision and monitoring，set up risk model，introduced new measures of risk analysis，evaluation and monitor
