This study mainly aims at researching the employment tendency of the football-specific graduates from the PE faculties in Jiangsu universities and colleges, finding out their employment intentions and influencing factors, and proposing corresponding countermeasures against those existing problems, which can play a crucial role in helping football-specific graduates from the PE faculties in Jiangsu universities and colleges to find jobs smoothly.
