11 11 rU \JU141摘耍 rU \JU141 摘要 进入 21 世纪，高等教育改革也与时俱进的展开来，民办南等教育在整 个改革进程中越来越受到人们关注，显示出了其关键性地位。民办高校在 高等教育发展的浪潮中，通过改善学校的硬件设施，扩大学校规模，提高 办学条件和水平，不断提升自己的硬实力，增强自身竞争力。然而，民办 高校学生人才培养面临着瓶颈发展，其中教师队伍的管理是重要因素之一， 企业人力资源管理体系较为完静，为企业的发展做出了积极贡献，基于这 种认识，本文试图将企业领域的绩效管理引入到民办高校师资队伍的 建设中，有利于激发民办高校青年教师的工作活力，提高教学质量，从而 进…步提升民办高校的软实力。 本文在对绩效管理及民办高校的内捕、绩效考核技术等相关理论、江西 省民办高等教育及师资队伍建设现状研究的基础上，并对比结合借鉴英、 美高校教师绩效管理经验，通过对江西省某民办本科院校教师绩效考核的 个案实证分析，提出了目前江西省乃至全国民办高校青年教师队伍绩效管 理中存在的问题及原因，最后，利用管理学、社会学、公共管理学等相关 理论，提出了构建具有民办特色的青年教师绩效管理模型，并进一步优化 完善了此模型的运行流程。 关键词z 民办商校:青年教师绩效:管理模型 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Entering the 21st century，the higher education reform with the times，the priv仰 higher education in the whole reform process by more and more people concem，showing i阳 key position.
