11 11 11111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 Y1850146 摘要 摘要 在江西省，高职教育不仅仅是全省高等教育的半壁江山，更是江西省的一 大商教特色。随着江西省经济的飞速发展，产业结构的优化升级，出现了大最 高科技、商投能的新兴产业，这对各类型的高技能人才的需求量大大提高。当 前经济的发展，靠传统的具有操作能力、动手能力的人员已经不能适应，需要 大量的具有超强实践能力、解决问题以及创新能力的高技能型人才的加盟。 本文围绕江西省高职院校人才培养模式这…核心问题。首先，对模型、高 技能人才等相关概念进行详细的解读，为接下去的研究做好铺垫:之后，分析 国内外商职院校在高技能人才培养模式上的成功案例，并以我省某高职院校为 剖析对象，分析当前我省高职院校在人才培养上的问题以及原因所在，论证我 省高职院校高技能人才培养模式构建的必要性、可行性。在此基础上，运用新 公共管理理论解析我省高职高技能人才培养的体制问题，提出五位结合、三 方联动的高技能型人才培养新模式。五位结合指在微观层面的高校内部管 理体制，即办学定位、双师型教师队伍建设、培养方式和途径、教学质量的 评估、企业化的校园文化五个方面来提升学校内部人才培养水平。三方联动 则从宏观方面出发，即政府、企业与高校之间各要素的相互联系及运行方式上， 为培养高技能人才搭建一个健康的有机联合体。 关键词:高职院校;人才培养模式:高技能人才;五位结合 1 三方联动 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT In Jiangxi Province，vocational education is not only half of the province of higher education ，is a major Higher Education of Jiangxi Province characteristics.
