ABSTRACTWiⅡl ABSTRACT WiⅡl China’S accession to WTO as well as her commitments in the high．education services trade，domestic high—education services market has been already open at a largely extension．Jiangsu Province’S high-education services trade has also obtained great development,though remains relatively stagnant 011 theoretical and positive research．砌s paper,llsing the methods of literature review，investigation and case review,researches trade on trade in services of higher education Jiangsu Province， aimed at promoting the healthy development of it． Higher Education Service trade between countries is the input and output of highel education service mainly for economic purposes．Jiangsu higher education has achieved surpassing and great-leap·forward development，taking the lead to achieve from elite education to mass education in the whole nation since the9th Five．Year Plan”．T陆s paper analyzes the situation of Higher Education trade service in Jiangsu Province and finds out the problem and explores its countermeasures，and provides a theoretical basis for leadership decision-making，practical guidance to developing education trade of Jiangsu．We Can improve the quality of education in making Our province，at the same time we call strengthell Our international comprehensive competitiveness in coping with the world’S political，economic and cultural challenges． Higher education service trade has four kinds ways to provide：cross-border supply, consumption abroad， commercial presence，movement of natural persons．The advantage of higher education service trade in Jiangsu is shown in three respects：the economic growth situation is fine；higher education strength strengthens；the discipline special field characteristic is obvious；the cOnSUlTIer price of studying abroad is cheap． There are seven primary problems in Jiangsu Higher education service trade：the Jiangsu higher education standard of service remains to be improved；relevance law and regulation and system r
