11111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 摘要Y1850111 摘要 摘要 在经济全球化的今天，跨国经营巳成为中国企业在全球化的世 界经济中成长和发展的必然选择。而深处内地的江西，面临着众多世 界跨国公词的大举进入，国内竞争巳经国际化，企业的经营环境更加 复杂，竞争也更加激烈。十六大中央明确提出了走出去战略，坚持 引进来和走出去相结合，全面提高对外开放水平，在更大范围、 更广领域和更高层次上参与国际经济技术合作和竞争，充分利用国际 国内两个市场、两种资源，以开放促改革促发展。这不仅需要大力发 展江耐的对外贸易，更需要利用江西的优势产业鼓励企业进行跨国经 营，如何改变江西企业规模小、档次低、核心竞争力低下的现状，培 育…批产品具有自主品牌，主业突出，核心竞争能力强的江西跨国经 营企业，这己成为摆在我们面前十分紧迫的理论与现实课题。 本文共分六章。文章以跨国经营战略理论为基础，从江西经济发 展的阶段和具布优势的战略要素分析出发，阐明了江西企业跨国经营 的必然性和适合江西企业特点的跨国经营之道。然后本文详细分析了 江西企业跨国经营的现状和特点，存在的问题和对策。其中以江铃汽 车集团跨国经营为例，对其发展模式和跨国经营的特点进行了初步分 析。 本文提出江西企业跨国经营是江西经济发展阶段的必然选择， 是内向国际化到外向国际化的延伸:江西企业利用有利战略要素，可 以发挥后发优势发展跨国经营:为了加快发展江西企业跨国经营，政 府应该在宏观政策体制、财政金额和风险防范机制方面支持企业，企 业要发挥主体作用培育自主品牌和培养人才，并通过联合壮大实力。 关键词:企业国际化:跨国经营:江西 Abstract Abstract Abstract Nowadays ，with economic globalization ，multinational business has become the inevitable choice of Chinese ente叩rises to grow and develop in globalized world economy.
