东南大学硕士学位论文 东南大学硕士学位论文 江苏省苏中集团发展战略规划与实践 摘 要 随着中国加入WTO，中国市场逐步成为全球市场的一部分。在中国企业走向 世界的同时，国外企业也将大量涌入中国。发达国家大型承包商与我翻建筑企业 相比，在技术、资金、管理等方面均具有相当的优势。我国建筑企业如何构建自 己的核心竞争力，努力在三至五年内将企业做强做大，具备与发达国家大型承包 商一争高下的能力是每个中国建筑企业面临的战略性课题。 本文以江苏省苏中建设集团为研究主体，在大量调研取得相当数量信息的基 础上，结合国内外一些大型承包商运行的成功经验，系统地对江苏省苏中建设集 团的发展战略规划进行研究，从人力资源、科技创新、体制变革、营销体系、资 本运营、企业文化等方面加以具体分析，从集团现行的运作体系中找出差距并有 针对性地提出一些对策，探索集团中长期战略规划的总体框架，从而对集团的发 展提供一些有实用价值的战略规划纲要，并进而在集团内赋予实施。同时，也希 望本文能对国内同类型其他建筑企业的发展提供一些有用的借鉴。 关键词：承包商发展战略核心竞争力 东南大学硕士学位论文 东南大学硕士学位论文 江苏省苏中集团笈展战略规划与实践 Abstract Joining the WTO。Chinese market gradually become a part of the world market．At the time of Chinese business enterprise walk into the world market，the abroad business enterprise also flow into China．Compare to Chinese construction enterprise，large contractor of prosperous country have very big advantage in technique，funds，management．．．etc．flow to establishe own core competition ability of our construction business enterprise，have the ability of resisting large contractor of prosperous country and become hard strong and big enough inside of 3-5 years，is a strategy problem each Chinese construction enterprise must facing to Thi s text has the research analysi s of Jiangsu SuZong Construction Group，on the large quantity investigate research to obtain the foundation of a lot of informations，combination with successful experience that manage of some large construction enterprise and abroad contractor，systematically to research the development programming of SuZong Construction Group from the human resource，technology creative the system replace，sale system，capital operation，enterprise culture etc．the aspect take into the concrete analysis，and investigate the group long—term development programing for total frame，and providing some practically programming outline，and further proceeds to into practice in the group．At the same time，also hope that this text CaD offer some useful help to other construction enterprise． Key word： contracto
