万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 建筑信息模型(BIM)构建方法与应用 摘 要 随着国家“十二五”规划的推进和城镇化建设的步伐，建筑工程数量呈逐年增加的 趋势。应用信息技术提高建筑行业的生产效率、提升建筑行业管理和建设工程管理水平 和能力，是二十一世纪建设领域行业发展的重要任务。 信息化的时代对建筑工程项目的海量信息的快速传递、高效共享、快速存储以及快 速修改和应用都提出了非常高得要求。建筑信息模型（Building Information Model，BIM） 技术的提出是顺应时代发展的产物。 本文详细阐述了 BIM 技术的概念、特点、BIM 技术标准。利用 Autodesk Revit 软件 为平台，介绍建筑信息模型(BIM)的构建方法，分析并总结了建筑信息模型数据库中信 息集成和共享的方法以及模型信息应用。然后将构建的建筑信息模型导入 Navisworks 软件中进行虚拟施工分析研究，以期为项目的决策者提供施工方案选择决策依据。结合 BIM 技术和传统技术的对比，分析总结了 BIM 技术对项目的进度、项目的质量、项目 成本以及项目参与方之间的协调的改进。最后结合国内 BIM 技术的应用现状，分析总结 了推广 BIM 技术中出现的障碍，并提出了相应的意见和建议。 本文研究的成果将有助于解决目前建筑工程行业存在的效率低下、质量不高、安全 管理体系不完善以及各参与方专业不协调等问题。BIM 技术对建筑工程项目的设计、施 工和管理运营阶段都较传统有很大的优势。 关键词：建筑信息模型；构建方法；三维建模；虚拟仿真 I 华北水利水电大学硕士学位论文 II ABSTRACT CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND APPLICATION OF BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING(BIM) Abstract With the development of urbanization and promote national Twelfth Five Year Plan, the number of building engineering is increasing year by year.
