+#中农业大学2003届硕士学位论文 +#中农业大学2003届硕士学位论文 江汉平原四湖地区湿地农业可持续发展研究 Abstract Four Lacks is general term for Neijing River Valley·-a first··class branch of middle reaches of Yangtze River．【t is located in the heart of Jianghan Plain on the north of Jingjiang It is named for four lakes including Changhu，Honghu，Bailuhu and Sanhu， which are interconnected、ntll each other．This area lies between east longitude of 1 120 00’ 1140 05’and 290 21’-300 OO’．It is a narrow strip between lakes and rivers．facing Yangtze River in the east，west and south，bordering Han River as well as its branch—Dongjing River in the north and joining in the Yangtze River at Qingtaikou．It belongs to subtropical monsoon humid climate zone，which is sufficient in light，heat and rain． Whose hot and rain seasons are the same，which has a long non-frost season，and therelbre is fit to grow numerous crops．It is reputed as’‘the land of fish and rice’’and keeps Chinese base of agricultural products． Especially,its production of rice，cotton and oil stays in an important position in Hubei Province．Since the be百nning of reforming and opening，the agriculture of Four Lakes has been advancing quickly and ag矗cultura]productivity has been increasingly raised．Up to the 1 990s．it had said胁ewell to the era of shortage of agricultural products and reached general balance of supply and demand and even been faced with structural surplus．Its comprehensive agricultural strength has been rising． Its peasants‘income has been increasing．Nevertheless，because of opening up wasteland by filling up lakes for half a century，lakes have been quickly shrinking and become in coordinate with rivers．Besides，forest and vegetation are seriously damaged in the upstream of the rivers and soil has been flowed away on large scales．As a result， floods．water loggings and droughts have frequented in this area．Meantime，on account of Dollution of industrial wastes．1iving garbage as well as fertilizes and pesticides，water,soil and air of wetlands of Four Lakes
