摘要 摘要 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 装备制造业是国民经济的支柱型产业，是经济增加的源泉，是国家实力的象 征，亦是测量一个国家或一个地区竞争力的关键性标志。随着国家“十一五”规划 把装备制造业确定为国家的战略性产业，对国内区域装备制造业竞争力的研究显 得十分有必要，研究装备制造业竞争力对装备制造业的发展具有重大意义。近年 来，江西省工业的快速发展，使得装备制造业成为江西省的发展重点。然而江西 省装备制造业的发展水平与我国发达省份发展程度还相差较大。因此，研究装备 制造业竞争力状况，提出江西省装备制造业的发展对策，对江西省的经济发展具 有重要意义。 本文首先介绍了装备制造业、产业竞争力等相关理论，继而对江西省装备制 造业的发展状况、各子行业竞争力情况进行了剖析，并对江西省进行了在全国范 围内（主要是东部沿海发达省份以及中部区域省份）的装备制造业竞争力分析， 得出了江西省装备制造业整体竞争力较差，电气机械及器材制造业与交通运输设 备制造业是江西省的优势产业等结果。接着，运用 RCA 单项指标评价法、基于 时序算子的动态综合评价法对“十一五”期间江西省装备制造业竞争力进行评价， 构建了包含生产能力、市场开拓能力、盈利能力、装备能力以及经营管理能力等 层面的指标体系，分析出电气机械及器材制造业竞争力在全国相对具有竞争力等 结论。最后依据分析结果，提出了江西省装备制造业竞争力发展对策建议，建议 包括分类研究、加强产业集群、提高企业技术创新能力以及加大政府的扶持力度。 关键字：装备制造业；竞争力；RCA 法；时序算子；对策 I Abstra Abstract Abstract The equipment manufacturing is the pillar industry of the national economy, is a source of economic growth, is the symbol of the national strength, and is also a measure of a country or a region critical competitive mark. With the national “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” of the equipment manufacturing industry identified as the country’s strategic industries, studying on the domestic regional equipment manufacturing is very necessary, which is great significant for the invigoration of equipment manufacturing industry. In recent years, the fast development of Jiangxi industry, making the equipment manufacturing to become the focus of development in Jiangxi province. But it still exists on a big gap in the development level between the Jiangxi province and the developed provinces in our country. Therefore, researching on the equipment manufacturing industry competitiveness conditions and proposing the development of countermeasures, have important implications for the economic development in Jiangxi Province.
