飞 11111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 Y1849633 摘要 摘要 我国是世界上老年人口最多的国家，老龄化形势非常严峻。在全国范围内， 江西省是人口老龄化状况较为严寰的地区之一，其老龄化呈现出老年人口规模 大、增长快，未富先老等特点。如何应对人口老龄化的挑战，更好地促进我省 社会经济的发展无疑已经成为我省 21世纪的一个意大任务。大力发展老年教育， 提升人口素质，是解决老龄化问题的一项战略性措施。 在过去的几十年，江西省城市老年教育虽然取得了一定的成果，但仍存在诸 多问题，主要表现为:老年教育总体发展不平衡:老年教育形式单一，覆盖范 围较窄:老年教育的课程设置不合理等。这些严重制约了我省老年教育的进一 步发展。 本文以终身教育理论、社会参与理论为指导，分析了江西省人口老龄化现 状，运用问卷调查法和访谈法明晰了江西省老年人的教育需求，借鉴国内外发 展老年教育的成功经验，指出社区老年教育是未来江西省老年教育的发展方向: 并在充分了解江西省省惰的基础上，提出江西省发展社区老年教育的相关策略: (1)政府发挥主导作用，为社区老年教育奠定坚实基础: (2) 社区发挥重要桥梁作用，推动社区老年教育发展: (3)老年人群体发挥主体作用，积极开展自我教育。 关键词:城市老年教育;终身教育:社会参与:社区老年教育 II PAGE PAGE III k Abstract ABSTRACT China， a country with 由e largest number of elderly popul础ion， is facing a serious situation of aging.
