This new method fulfills the more scientific engineering structure analysis. At the mean time, in order to fulfill the construction digitalization management, this article use the new engineering structure analysis principal and the construction quantity bill theory to set down the new module coding method. This achievement has made the conditions for informationization engineering management. The realization of these two works has the decision meaning for advance the engineering construction management.
