英文摘要Abstract 英文摘要 Abstract Basing on the study of construction claim，this thesis applied some theory synthetically such as systems engineering theory,extension theory,network analysis， utility theory，game theory’state equation etc．Aiming at contractor claim，this thesis discuss a series of claim question about contractor,for example：how to find claim opportunity,how to decision—making claim event，how to calculate claim value，how to counter claim，etc． First，according to systems analysis theory,claim system’characteristic， composing of claim system and the dynamic connection of claim system factor were discussed．In order to achieve these research purposes，this thesis analysis the causation of contractor claim．The concept of contract state was introduced．Then，the formation of the four-contract state was analyzed．According to the model of contract—state—changing controlment，the static model of claim／claim oppunity and the dynamic controlment model of contract state were established．Second，Based on the game theory the contractor and the owner claim dynamic games model was established．The Subgame Perfect Nash Equilibrium of the dynamic game were analysied under different conditions，SO how the contractor made decision under different condition was settled．At the same time，the claim decision—making matter—element model of contractor was established after the relativity between claim ’event attributes and contract was discussed．Using an engineering example，this thesis discussed that contractor how to decide claim events can claim|claim events call’t claim／claim unknown．Third，this thesis confirms how much contractor claim to ownen For construction time claim the kind of time delay was analyzed．Combined network analysis method，new time parameters were introduced．Hereon，this discourse setups variables reflecting activity delay and variables reflecting the contribution of activity delay to construction time．Then，this paper confirm which activity bring on construction time delay
