南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 南京航空航天大学硕士学位论文 江苏省大中型工业企业技术创新效率评价研究 江苏省大中型工业企业技术创新效率评价研究 i i ii ii 摘 要 江苏省大中型工业企业是地区经济的重要支柱之一，在吸收就业及保障经济发展方面具有 不可替代的重要作用；技术创新是企业发展的重要推动力，也是企业保持竞争力的重要手段； 技术创新效率是技术创新这一过程的核心，研究江苏省大中型工业企业技术创新效率的具体状 况，对江苏省大中型工业企业的技术创新的进一步发展具有重要作用。 论文在理论分析及已有研究的基础上，建立了涉及投入及产出两方面的指标体系。基于数 据包络分析的几个模型研究江苏省大中型工业企业技术创新的效率。最终得出结论认为：首先， 基于不同地区大中型工业企业技术创新效率值大小的比较，江苏省大中型工业企业的技术创新 效率在全国处于较低的水平；但是在具体表现方面，江苏省大中型工业企业技术创新效率的现 状是投入无冗余、产出无不足、资源没有浪费，其效率之所以表现出较低的状况是由于规模效 率低下；论文基于聚类分析方法研究江苏省大中型工业企业技术创新规模效率低下的原因，认 为投入规模的庞大造成规模报酬递减，进而在不同地区的比较中，就显现出江苏省大中型工业 企业技术创新规模效率低下这种状况。基于原因分析，论文进一步得出结论，认为在本质上， 江苏省大中型工业企业技术创新效率相对低下并不意味着其资源的利用状态不佳，而是表现出 江苏省大中型工业企业技术创新的发展处于更高阶段这一现状。根据得出的结论和原因分析， 论文提出了从数量上和质量上来改善江苏省大中型工业企业技术创新效率的建议。 关键词：江苏省，大中型工业企业，技术创新，效率，评价 Abstract Large and medium industrial enterprises in Jiangsu province is one of the important pillars of economic, it protect the irreplaceable role in the absorption of employment and economic development; Technological innovation is a major force in enterprise development and also an important business tool to remain competitive; The efficiency of technological innovation is the heart of this process of technological innovation, research on the large and medium enterprises’efficiency of technological innovation in Jiangsu province, it plays an important role in the further development of technological innovation in Jiangsu province. On the basis of the theoretical analysis and existing research, paper established the index system about input and output. the paper chose the method of DEA to handle data at last, research on the efficiency of technological innovation in Jiangsu province through several models based on the DEA. There are some final conclusions at last, first of all, paper compare the size of the efficiency values based on technological innovation of large and medium industrial enterprises in different regions.
