摘要随着教育信息化进程的推进和新课程改革的逐步深入，教研工作被赋予了新 摘要 随着教育信息化进程的推进和新课程改革的逐步深入，教研工作被赋予了新 的内涵。传统意义上的教学指导、教学研究工作要适应信息化时代的要求，为教 师创建具有更多教育资源，更加方便快捷的交流平台。利用信息技术手段开展虚 拟教研活动，突破了时间和空间的限制，使教研活动达到了最大程度的资源共享 与思想交流。本文对教育信息化进程中虚拟教研环境的构建，进行了理论研究和 实践探索。 在理论方面，本文首先对教育信息化背景下，教师的角色定位作了必要的分 析和阐述；其次，深入研究了作为组织教师进行教学研究的部门——教研室，在 教育信息化进程中职能的转变；并结合个人实际工作，分析了教研工作在新的时 代背景下应具有的新内涵。 本文分析了基于网络环境下的虚拟教研模式，在教研工作中的作用空间。比 较了虚拟教研模式和传统教研模式各自的优势，尝试将两者有机结合，探索构建 真正有利于促进教师专业发展的虚拟教研环境。 在实践方面，本研究基于目前虚拟教研发展的现状和需求，运用ASP和动态 数据库技术，设计并实现了区级虚拟教研交流平台。该系统提供了完整的网络教 研环境；实现了各学科教研信息的动态发布管理；提供了丰富的教学资源；并建 立了基于Blog平台的教师成长叙事群，帮助教师开展行动研究，促进教师的专 业发展。 本文详细介绍了该系统的设计思想、总体框架、软件实现技术和功能特点， 并对采用的关键技术进行了阐述。 关键词：教育信息化、虚拟教研、行动研究、ASP、Access AbstractWith Abstract With the development of educational informatization and the reform of new courses．teaching research has been endowed、ⅣitIl additional meanings．The purpose of traditional teaching research is to meet the requirements of information era and to provide more educational resources and a more convenient communicating platform for teachers．In comparison，the construction of virtual teaching research eliminates temporal and spatial limitation SO as to maximize chances of sharing and communicating．nds thesis makes a both theoretical and practical analysis of the construction of virtual teaching research environment in educational informatization process． Theoretically the thesis firstly analyzes the orientation of the role of a teacher in educational informatizaion process．Secondly it further studies the functional shift of the teaching research department in the process．Based Oil personal working experience，the thesis puts great emphasis on the new function ofteaching research． Besides，the thesis makes a detailed analysis of the virtual teaching research mode under the interact environment．After comparing the respective advantages of the virtual teaching research mode and the traditional one，the study attempts to combine them and gropes for a virtual teaching research environment which is indeed be
