英文摘要Action 英文摘要 Action research is ofthe important ways for teacher’S professional development.However, the current situation is just in the theory—discussed situation.There’S little work done the research.Based this background,the author used methods and techniques of performances to redefme the action research. In the preparation of action research stage,the author advise teachers to make performance analysis,SO that they find their problems and Can define the goals.In planning phases,the authors presented series ofplan-making ways and techniques including Work Breakdown structure techniques.So that teachers specifically improve the efficiency ofoperations research.During the Action measure implemented phase,the authors proposed scientific measures for the prosecution ofactions to the implementation ofthe plan ofaction works.Finally in the end of the operation,the author presented teachers to assess and identify the existing problems and provide guidance for the next round ofaction. To better support the methods and techniques that mentioned above,the author designed and developed the Web-based ofperformance supposing platform,first of all,before the design ofthe platform,we needs certain investigation into the Hsers,SO that we can know what the teacher knows and not.that is the performance analysis stage.We used the techniques and methods mentioned above to help teachers find their problems and give advice.And then,author the same way to suggest teachers making their plan.Thirdly,by integrated the current communication technology,teachers in the action research be timely response to the exchanges and Can make cooperation to resolve problems.Finally,during the action research,teacher’S performance should be evaluated by teacher-to-teacher,experts and process evaluation.then author give suggestions to the teachers,SO that mey make another round ofaction research.
