内 容 摘 要 本文阐述了仓库管理的相关知识内容及仓储系统的优化处理。 通过优化后的仓储系统，对整个企业的作用是提高效率和降低成 本。通过对格靓公司仓储系统的调查与分析，公司需要解决的仓储 问题有出入库流程的优化、仓库储存率低、货位管理不当、信息处 理落后等问题。出入库流程优化主要是根据理论与实际相结合，针 对公司仓储存在的主要不足和公司可执行新方案的能力进行改进研 究。可得到计划与库存相结合，同时可控制库存的新流程。运用货 架存货提高仓库的空间利用率，利用计算优化前后仓库储存率的变 化，比较得到货架储存的优势。货位管理包括货架摆放与货位编码 两项内容。通过调整货架摆放方向和设计货位号，使得货品的存放 位置清晰可见。最后运用现代信息技术，使仓储信息处理效率提 高。通过对公司仓储系统的改进优化，可以使仓储作业的效率提 高，降低企业仓储成本。 关键词：仓储管理、出库、入库、货位管理 I ABSTRACT This passage has illustrated the relevant knowledge contents of storehouse management and storage systematic optimizing. The storage system after optimizing, whose function on the whole enterprise is to raise the efficiency and cut the costs. Through investigations and analysis of GELIANG companys storage system, the company need to solve storage problems, including EX-warehouse and IM-warehouse proceed optimizing, low warehousing rate, improper of the goods location management, information processing lags behind and so on. Exwarehouse and IM-warehouse proceed optimizing mainly roots in which the theory is combined with reality. With the shelf goods in stock could enhance the warehouse the spatial use factor, which is obtains through the computation plan around warehousing rate comparison. The storage space management codes two contents including the shelf place direction and the storage space. Through the adjustment shelf place direction and the storage space number design, which could cause the goods the depositing position. Finally utilizes the modern information technology, enhances the warehousing information processing efficiency. Through stores in a storehouse the system to the company the improvement optimization, enhances the enterprise warehousing work the efficiency, reduces the enterprise warehousing cost.
