中国科技论文在线 基于模糊故障树分析法的汽车空调制冷系 统故障诊断研究 胡水英 ，张前 ，王振永 ，张接信** 5 （长安大学工程机械学院 ,西安 710064 ） 摘要：为改善驾乘人员的舒适性,现代的汽车、客车、工程机械等车辆都安装有空调设备。 但由于汽车空调工作环境恶劣，使得汽车空调制冷系统极易发生故障。本文以汽车空调制冷 10 系统作为研究对象，通过分析该系统的故障形式，提出了对汽车空调制冷系统的基于模糊故 障树理论的诊断方法，建立了该系统的模糊故障树，并对该故障树进行了事件模糊化分析和 算法的研究，可以迅速地找出故障的原因。此诊断方法具有直观，形象，灵活，简便，为汽 车空调的设计、维护和维修提供了科学依据，具有很高的实用价值。 关键词：汽车空调制冷系统；模糊故障树分析法；故障诊断 15 中图分类号：U463.85 Research on Fault Diagnosis A/C and Refrigeration System Based on Fuzzy Fault Tree Analysis Hu Shuiying, Zhang Qian, Wang Zhenyong , Zhang Jiexin 20 (Construction Machinery School,Changan University,Xian 710064) Abstract: In order to improve the comfortable of driver and passenger, modern cars, buses and engineering machinery are installed with air conditioning equipment. But the automobile air conditioning have poor working environment, which makes its refrigerating system is easier to malfunction. Based on the automobile air conditioning system as the research object,the fault 25 diagnosis method based on fuzzy fault tree theory is put forward through the analysis of the failure forms of the system.
