中国政法大学硕士学位论文 L外资律师事务所管理制度研究 STYLEREF 标题 1 \* MERGEFORMAT 致 谢 PAGE 2 PAGE 35 论文编号： L外资律师事务所管理制度研究 宋军妍 中国政法大学研究生院 二○一五年三月 L外资律师事务所管理制度研究 摘 要 随着经济全球化和一体化进程的加快，大型商业公司对律师法律服务的需求增多，国际法律服务业规模迅速扩张，我国法律服务业对外开放与合作也在逐步扩大和深化，大型外资律师事务所纷纷进入中国，业务发展迅速，而先进的管理制度和服务理念使其迅速发展并占据法律服务市场竞争优势。因此，学习和借鉴外资律师管理制度以及运作机制,结合我国实际,推动中国律师事务所管理制度创新, 对于中国律师业的发展进程有重大的理论意义和实践价值。 本文以L外资律师事务所作为研究对象,首先介绍了律师事务所有关的一般理论，并对律师行业发展现状进行分析，然后研究了L律师事务所发展的管理制度，对外资律师事务所管理的先进经验予以描述，通过营销、信息化、人力资源等方面管理制度实施揭示了外资律师事务所管理实践，总结其成功经验及其对我国律师行业的启示；最后采用SWOT分析工具对L律师事务所的竞争优势、劣势、威胁和机会进行了研究，阐述L律师事务所要保持市场领先者的地位所面临的问题，并提出相应对策。 关键词：律师事务所 外资律师事务所 管理 英文摘要 STUDY ON MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF L FOREIGN LAW FIRM ABSTRACT With the acceleration of economic globalization and integration process, the increasing demand of large commercial companies for lawyers services and the rapid expansion of international legal services industry, Chinese legal services industry’ opening-up and cooperation with other countries are also gradually expanded and deepened. A number of large foreign law firms are swarming into China. Their business develops rapidly, and their advanced management system and service concept enable them to develop quickly and occupy the legal service market with competitive advantages. Therefore, learning from foreign law management system and operation mechanism, combining with Chinas reality, and promoting the innovation of management system of Chinese law firms have great theoretical and practical value for the development of Chinese law firms. This paper uses L foreign law firm as research subject. First of all, introduce the general theories of law firms, and analyze the status of the legal profession development. And then study L law firm’s management system development, give a description of the advanced experience of foreign law firm management,reveal the foreign law firms management practice from its practice in marketing, informatization, human resource and other aspects of management system, summarize its successful
