The postures in working are mainly static standing position, sitting position, movement change, operation gesture. Students work is characterized with continuous static work, long-time standing, limited scope of movement. Therefore, bowing, standing, squatting are some basic forms of posture. 4. For teaching of catering services, logistics, cuisine and nutrition specialties, rapid response, durability, movement coordination, concentration should be strengthened and relevant training items be set. Students of Tourism and Cuisine are set with training items like push-ups bars pump, Chin up, throwing ball, bow and arrow step jump, time squatting, half squatting jump, hop, leap etc; students of Tourism Management, foreign-related tour guides, performing arts, secretory are set with physical training, sports and dance; students majoring in accounting and auditing, financial management are emphasized with basketball, volleyball ,badminton, table tennis, Tai Chi, aerobic. 5. With professional and career appealing as the guidance ,initial reforms on PE teaching objectives, contents,methods have achieved some results. Students interested in physical education have risen from 51% to 81%. In the survey of physical fitness requirements needed in future career ,students who have deep understanding take up 27.76%, those who have basic understanding take up 52.85% ,and those who have vague idea take up 19.39%. After the reform, on the necessity of PE lesson combined with vocational skills, 26.23% students think it very necessary, 62.36% students c
