中文摘要公用基础设施是城市生存和发展的基本条件，也是城市现代化水平的重要 中文摘要 公用基础设施是城市生存和发展的基本条件，也是城市现代化水平的重要 标志。城市供水是城市基础设施的重要组成部分。城市水资源匮乏，城市供水 制约经济发展，经济的高速发展又对城市供水提出了更高的要求。因此，科学 适宜地制定城市供水的发展规划，已经成为扭转这种被动局面的关键因素。 本文通过对世界和我国水资源概况和供水状况的分析，阐述了水资源危机 是当前各国的一个普遍问题。位于我国东北的锦州市水资源危机尤为突出。通 过对锦州水资源和供水状况的调查分析，揭示了锦州水资源危机的严重性。在 对锦州用水需求进行定性与定量分析基础上，提出了锦州城市用水总量预测。 结合锦州市水资源可用量和供水能力的分析，提出了锦州城市供水总体规划。 借鉴它山之后，结合锦州实际，阐述了实施的具体对策和措施，以供决策层参 考。 关键词：城市供水 预测方法 发展规划 AbstactInfraxtructure Abstact Infraxtructure iS a basic condition for urban existence and development，and iS also a major symbol of urban modernization．Water supply is an important part of urban infrastructure．It iS a common fact that cities are short of water resources，and economic development is limited by the short of water supply．The rapid development of cities’economy calls for higher supply of water．therefore．it becomes a fundamental factor to change such a passive position in cities through developing water supply plans by scientifically appropriate measures． Through analysis the condition of the water resource and water supply of China and world wide．the paper expounds that the crisis of the water resource is a COlTllnon problem being up against every country ofthe world．Located in northeast of China,the city of Jinzhou is more serious in the water resource crisis．T}lrough investigation of the water resource and water supply condition of Jinzhou,the paper reveals the severity of the water resource crisis in the city．Based on qualitative and quantity analysis of the water demand in Jinzhou，the paper forecasts the total water demand in the city．The Paper puts forward血e scheme of Jinzhou’S water supply through combination with the anan]ysis ofwater demand and water supply capacity of the city．In the end of the paper,through the reference of other cities，and combining 晰m the matter of fact of Jinzhou．the detail countermeasures to apply the scheme iS Put forward for the decision-maker． Key words：urban water supply forecasting measures developments plan 独创性声明本人声明
