摘要居住是人类发展的永恒主题，居住区是城市社会的一个缩影。居住区的规划 摘要 居住是人类发展的永恒主题，居住区是城市社会的一个缩影。居住区的规划 建设水平，直接反映居民物质文化生活的追求标准，代表城镇的面貌与品位，同 时也是城镇经济、社会、环境“全面、协调、可持续”发展的重要标志。因此， 对居住区设计方案作出综合评价，将是保证规划建设质量、影响城市发展、拉动 城市消费的一个重要环节。 本文在居住区规划设计方案评价与现状分析的基础上，结合国内外的综合评 价理论与方法，应用模糊理论，提出居住区规划设计的内涵，及其综合评价的概 念与模型，分别在评价指标体系的建立，评价指标的确定，评价指标的量化与计 算，以及系统评价模型的建立等方面进行了深入研究，并结合实际案例进行了可 行性分析。 本文分为七个章节： 第一章介绍了国内外居住区规划建设的概况，就居住区规划设计方案的综合 评价问题，对国内外的研究现状进行了归纳，提出居住区规划设计方案综合评价 方面的发展动态；指出当前综合评价中存在的问题，提出本文研究的主要内容和 方法。 第二章对多指标多层次复杂问题的综合评价进行了系统分析。 第三章对居住区规划设计过程进行了概述。 第四章结合前人的研究成果，提出系统评价居住区规划设计方案的综合指标 体系，包括定性指标和定量指标。 第五章结合系统学原理，运用ISM模型分析法，对复杂的指标体系进行了 分层和归属处理，建立了指标体系的多级递阶有向图；同时借鉴大量的统计资料， 运用统计方法确定了这些指标的权重。 第六章运用模糊概念和模糊综合评价原理，从指标的相对优属度出发，总结 出定性指标的量化方法；并根据方案模糊优选理论、优劣方案的加权广义欧式距 离概念，导出计算公式，建立系统单元综合评价模型。 第七章结合实例，计算检验了本文综合评价方法的可行性。 关键词：居住区规划方案综合评价 ABSTRACTThe ABSTRACT The problem ofresidence is all eternity theme in human society．The developing ofcity is the result that the environments ofhnman residence keep evolving．It carl be said that residing area is the epitome ofcity and society,and it is the important sign of the development of society material and spirit civilization whose planning and building level is reflecting people’S chase in life and civilization，and then it concerns city’S appearance．So，it will influence every aspect of city and society by directness and indirectness that the quality discretion about the planning and designing of residing area，but it will also become the necessary point of benign residing and exuberance development about residing area that scientific evaluating the stand or fall ofthe planning and designing about residing area． Author summarizes and concludes the connotation about planning and designing of residing area from fuzzy theory and the matrix of scientific evaluating in this thesis，which is combined with theory and means of scientific evaluation to planning and designing of residing area in domestic and overseas basing on analyzing the actuality about evaluation to planning and designing of res
