Abstract: Since the 1998 Asian Financial C isis,Ko ean tou ism has been long staying in bottom, howeve , Ko ean tou ism aised
itself f om death with the aid of the popula ity of Ko ean teleplays in southeast Asia. Ko ea p omoted those teleplays as the theme of its
tou and has inc eased its tou ism income by a la ge scale. The autho will have a detailed discussion of tou ism stimulated by Ko ean
teleplays. Taking this as an example, she then studies ou count y. s tou ism in the same field and t ies to give he suggestions on the ex-
ploitation of Chinese tou ism stimulated by movie and television.
