内容摘要金融国际化正在把国家、地区裹挟到经济全球化的大潮中来。在金融国际化 内容摘要 金融国际化正在把国家、地区裹挟到经济全球化的大潮中来。在金融国际化 进程中，无论是发展中国家，或者是新兴工业化国家，还是发达国家，都无不受 到金融国际化的冲击和影响，其影响利弊兼具既有正面的，也有负面的；既有积 极的一面，也有消极的一面。 尽管对这一无法抗拒的历史潮流，数年来，对其毁誉不一，但金融国际化仍 在加速度发展，面对金融国际化的发展大势，面对机遇与挑战，无论国家还是地 区，理性的选择都应该是不断调整和变化本国、本地区的金融体制和政策，积极 参与，趋利避害。 亚太地区是一个既相互依存又相互斗争的有机整体，有其独特的结构和存在 形式。发达国家、新兴工业化国家和发展中国家并存。在金融国际化的大潮中， 发展中国家无疑处于弱势。 本文从界定金融国际化的概念入手，着重剖析金融国际化与发展中国家在金 融国际化中的地位，并在此基础上对亚太地区发展中国家简要分析金融国际化所 带来的利益和风险，以及要承受的金融国际化及其与经济互动所产生的双重效 应，在对亚太地区发展中国家尤其是中国在金融国际化过程中的机遇与挑战的认 识的基础上，勾勒出亚太地区发展中国家对于金融国际化所应采取的正确态度和 相应的战略选择。 全文共分四章。第一章关于金融国际化的理论分析，包括金融国际化概念的 界定及其所产生的双重效应，并进一步对其风险进行了分析。第二章是关于亚太 地区金融国际化的历史考察和现状分析，在此基础上，阐述了中国金融国际化的 历程和现状。第三章和第四章分别论述了亚太地区发展中国家在金融国际化的过 程中面临的挑战和相应的战略选择。 关键词：金融国际化、亚太地区、发展中国家、战略选择 AbstractCountries Abstract Countries and areas are in the process of finance internationalization spring tide． In the course of finance internationalization，development countries，new industrialization countries and developed countries have been impacted and affected． The advantages and the disadvantages are not only positive but also negative． Finance internationalization is developing with acceleration，although the apprmse of it is uncertain．Face the general trends opportunity and challenge,all the countries and areas should adjust the system and policy to participate in the trends，to benefit from it and avoid harm． The area of Asia and Pacific is whole with dependence and competition．It has especial frame．Developed countries， new industrialization countries and development countries are in the area．In the spring tide，the development countries are in the feebleness． The paper orders the conception of finance internationalization，analyses it and anatomies the station of development countries．The paper also analyses the interests risks and the double effects if the development country devote itself into the tide．On the base，the paper gives the right attitude and strategy choice of development countries． The paper includes four chapters．The first is
