Methods 　Color Doppler velocit y ( CDV ) , color Dopp ler ener gy ( CD E) and V E T were p er formed on 37 p atient s wit h gynecologic and ob st et ric di seases to di splay t he vessel s in region of int erest ( RO I) . Results 　 The difference of t he sati sfaction a ssessment of CDV and CD E images wa s not st ati stically significant between gynecolo gical group and group wit h fet al malformation ( P 005) . However , difference of sati sfaction a ssessment was found to be st a ti stically significant bet ween V E T and CDV images a s well as V E T and CD E ( P 005) . The differences between sati sfac tion a ssessment of t he CDV and CD E images , t he V E T and CDV images , t he V E T and CD E images wa s not st ati stically significant in group of fet al app urt enances ( P 005) . Conclusion 　Va scular enhancement t echnology can imp rove t he con t ra st resolution and show di stinct sup eriorit y of t he vessel s ’s di sp lay and fine branches comp ared wit h t he CD
