Abstract
In the market economy condition, hotel industry has developed rapidly and the market competition is increasing fiercely, the service quality of the employees determines the competitive advantage of hotel, so the hotel staff training is particularly important, and the result of training effectiveness is the hotel staff training real significance. The problems cannot be ignored that enhancing training transformation from the factors influencing the training results.
Based on recent relevant research at home and abroad, the paper has taken the staff characteristics, training design and environmental factors to start, and analyzes the influence of the three factors and their dimension in the transformation of staff training and discusses the relationship between the three through empirical research.
Taking the hotel staff as the object, the survey questionnaires are provided in the research, altogether it has recycled 196 effective questionnaires. Tt has carried on the reliability analysis, validity analysis, the descriptive statistical analysis, the variance analysis, the factor analysis, the regression analysis and the correlation analysis and so on by the SPSS 17.0 statistics software, the research has verified to the related research supposition and the research model. On empirical studies and theoretical approaches, the paper has got the main conclusions:
Firstly, for the employees, various individual characteristics of staff and their dimensions influence the transformation of the training results, and the impacts on different levels; Secondly, the training design would be a significant impact on training results transformation, the influence degree which is slightly higher than the staff characteristics but lower than environmental factors; Thirdly, environmental factor is the most important factor in training results transformation, work conditions and the organization environment produce the different influence in the training results transformat
