Based on the orthogonal experiment, the experimental data were processed according to the Vague set theory, The test data is transformed into Vague set, in the context of the Vague set, and an ideal solution of the optimization scheme is determined. According to the similarity between the various solutions and the ideal solution, the scheme is determined. First, according to the average index of the process objectives, the optimal process parameters of each single process are determined, then, according to the average similarity of the optimization scheme, the optimal process parameters of the process parameters are determined. The methods overcame the problem of simple data processing, poor resolution, and the problem of system uncertainty of orthogonal test, and make the decision more reliable.
