W e built the calculation model, formu lated themotion equation and stud ied the dynam ic characteristics. In add ition, w em ade a comparison betw een the common m ega-frame and them ega-frame w ith a common rubber bearing by nonlinear tmi e-h istory buffeting analysis. The results show that th is structure system cou ld effectively reduce the seism ic response of the structure and prevent the collid ing damage to the main structure and the sub-structure during earthquakes.
