[5] 季晓明$快速横杆式(Speed BAR)自动化输送系统[J],机械工人,2005. 4.进度安排 设计各阶段名称 起止日期 1 查阅资料，完成开题。 2014-3-03 至 3-11 2 开始连接油路。 2014-3-17 至 4-30 3 分析观察得出结论并进行分析 2014-5-01 至 5-11 4 整理毕业论文，准备答辩 2014-5-12 至 5-31 标签机自动上料装置设计 摘要：随着工业的强势发展，市场竞争的日益激烈，高效率，低成本，高速化的 生产已渐渐成为各个厂家竞相追求的目标之一。针对FI前打火机生产过程中，打 火机贴标机的上料采用的是手工上料，其劳动强度高，生产效率低等不足之处， 而设计打火机贴标机的自动上料装置。本自动装置包括传送装置和卸料装置两个 部分，靠传送带与打火机之间的打滑来定位，通过挡板，下料槽及卸料装置的相 互协作来完成自动上料。它能很好的完成打火机贴标机的自动上料，口具有结构 简单，操作方便，工作稳定可靠等特点，广泛应用于打火机的生产过程屮，对于 提高生产过程的机械自动化程度及企业的经济效益具有很重耍的作用。 关键词：贴标机，自动上料装置，机械自动化 Abstract: As the development of industry and the increasingly drastic competition, high efficiency, low cost and high speed in produce have been one of the aims for every plant mutual pursuing. Aim at many disadvantages, such as high intensity, 1 ow efficiency and so on for the currently manual feeding in producing the 1ighters, T designed the device of automatic feeding for tagging machine of lighter. The device is consisted of the convection equipment and the discharging equipment. Tt can get orien tat ion by the skidding bet wee n the carry ing strap and the ligh ters. And it achieves automatic feeding by the reciprocity among the baffle, the taking trough and the discharging equipment. The device can fulfill the automatic feeding for tagging machine of 1ighter well, and it is applied broadly in the process of producing the 1 ighters for its brief st rue tu re, convenient man ipulati on and steady work ing. It wi 11 play a very important part in improving the degree of the mechanical automati^ation and the economical profits.
