摘要 本设计的主要内容是对给定的汽车变速箱箱体进行工艺规程程设计，并编制相应的工 序卡片。其中包括拟定加工工艺路线，包括加工方法、定位基准选择、机床、刀具的选择 及专用夹具设计。根据工艺要求设计并绘制指定工序的专用夹具装配图。要求结构合理, 工作效率高，制造方便，尽量降低成本和制造难度，并对夹具精度和技术经济性进行分析。 机床夹具的首要任务是保证加工精度，特别是保证被加工工件的加工面与定位面以及加工 表面相互Z间的位置精度。在机床上使用专用夹具后可使加工变得方便，并扩大机床的工 艺范围，减轻工人劳动强度，保证安全生产。 关键字：变速箱箱体工艺规程设计 专用夹具设计 Abstract The main content of this design is to process the process design of the car gearbox and the corresponding process card.
