Prospect and application of evaluation about reliability and validity assessment on scale or questionnaire applied in the medical domain ZHAO Fei-ran, ZHOU Tian-chi, ZHANG Jun-ying, QIAN Cheng-qiu, LIU Guo-ping ( Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shanghai 201203, China ) Abstract: As a kind of evaluating methods, scales or questionnaire are used in every field of medical clinical and scientii c research. The reliability and validity are important indicators to evaluate the validity and stability of scales or questionnaire. In this paper, the present situation, distribution characteristics and existing problems of the application of dif erent evaluation methods were pointed out through searching, i ltering and analyzing the typical 53 literatures about evaluation of reliability and validity in the recent 10 years, and pointed out the necessity and importance of perfecting the scales or questionnaire. This would provide certain reference for future related research in the i eld.
