The prediction of logistics demand can effectively improve the enterprise efficiency and the integration of logistics resources, In view of the regional logistics and the local economy its inseparable connection between, Therefore, the study of regional economy based on regional logistics demand is particularly important. This paper firstly analyzes the connotation of the regional logistics. The qualitative analysis of regional economy and expounds the relationship between the regional logistics, and then using neural network model for quantitative study. Finally, this paper use Dalian as an example, analyses the present situation of Dalian logistics, the Dalian logistics demand and Dalian economic development, and the relationship between conclusions. The results show that Dalian logistics demand and the first industry, output value of the secondary industry, output value of the third industry, output value of investment in fixed assets in the whole society, the total retail sales, consumption rate have relevance, therefore, Dalian logistics demand can use this 6 indicators to predict.
