PAGE 摘要 本设计给出了以8051单片机为核心的数字式相位测量的基本原理与实现方案。该系统由相位测量仪、数字式移相信号发生器和移相网络三个模块构成，分别由两块单片机独立地实现控制与显示功能。设计一个相位测量仪，频率范围为20Hz～30 KHz,相位测量仪的输入阻抗为100Ω,具有频率测量及数字显示功能。采用DDS技术生成两路正弦波信号，并通过改变存储器中数据读取的起始地址来实现数字移相的功能，用Ф-T变换技术来实现相位差的测量，使得测量分辨率精确到0.1o，测得的频率与相位差值送入LED进行显示。本设计硬件结构简单，软件采用汇编语言实现，程序简单可读写性强，效率高。与传统的电路系统相比，其有该系统具有抗干扰能力强, 可靠性好，处理速度快、稳定性高、性价比高的优点。 关键词： DDS，8051单片机，相位测量，频率测量，锁相环CD4046 Abstract Given to the design of 8051 as the core of the digital phase measurement and the realization of the basic principles of the program.
