Through the brief analysis of its main pattern, we can see that the unbalanced highlights of Chinas urbanization, the emergence of urban disease, the problem of rural empty shell are the real reasons of balanced urbanization. Based on the analysis of the reasons of balanced urbanization, we can put some useful forwards to achieve the development strategy of balanced urbanization under the background of the process and model choice of urbanization, such as realize the city network, find the optimal city size and execute local rural turns to city as well as optimize industrial space and promote industrial upgrading. 【关 键 词】 HYPERLINK 均衡型城市化/ HYPERLINK 城均衡/ HYPERLINK 市均衡balanced urbanization/ HYPERLINK city equilibrium/ HYPERLINK municipality equilibrium ????中图分类号：F29　文献标识码：A　文章编号：1004-5465(20111)06-053-05????一、引言????城市化水平作为衡量国家和地区现代化水平的重要指标，对于促进经济发展，加快社会转型具有推动作用。对于这一研究课题国外理论界给予了持久且热切的关注，如Cheek Land(1964)对英国城市化问题的早期研究[1]，Anthony(1982)对英国劳动力转移与城市化过程问题的研究[2]，Marianne Fay(2000)等对非洲和拉美国家城市化建设的路径和过程的探讨[3]，等等。这些研究分别从不同角度对不同国家和地区的城市化过程及围绕城市化所引发的劳动力转移、产业结构变化、贫富差距等一系列问题作出了解读。然而国内在对城市化模式的研究方面大多数学者只是浅要解析，主要是刘爱梅的《均衡型城市化的实际操作与现实因应》[4]和盛广耀的《城市化模式及其转变研究》[5]，面对这种研究的空缺性，我们更有必要对城市化的均衡化做出解释。面对中国目前城市化所呈现的“非均衡”模式
