Some contents seemed to be transcribed together by accident but j udging by the features of Buddhist public speech and the relation between Buddhist lectures and public speech, they are correlated by practical use. This manuscript can represent the process of a public Buddhist speech as it would have been delivered at the time S. 2702 was written.
