Results show that: training and the times of changing jobs have significantly positive influence on the occupation promotion; the length of service has significantly positive influence on wage growth, the number of post adjustment and occupation promotion. Social capital plays a limited role, and there are only weak correlation between contact frequency among relatives and friends and occupation promotion, and weak correlation between spend on party and the number of post adjustment. Psychological capital such as resilience plays a positive role in wage growth and the number of post adjustment.
