国际新闻界 2016.07 传播学研究 交往行为视角下政治沟通日常化研究 何震 摘要 政治沟通日常化指政府在日常形态下与公众进行相对微观、直接的交流的一种状态 或趋势，或指政治信息传播重视日常生活表达与公共领域对话的某种动态交往过程。政 治沟通日常化要求政治沟通双方互为主体，进行平等、真诚的对话，以达成对于公共事 务的理解与共识, 共同实现公共领域的公共价值诉求；同时也要求政府的议程设置要贴近 公众的日常生活、社会身份、职业满意度、生活幸福感等方面。公众政治参与“日常意 识零碎化”是政治沟通发展的一个向度，有助于形成影响强大的“日常生活的政治”。 关键词 交往行为、政治沟通、日常化 作者简介 何震，中国传媒大学理工学部助理研究员。电子邮箱:hezhen_bj@cuc.edu.cn。 The Routinization of Political Communication on Habermas’ Theory of Communicative Action HE Zhen Abstract The routinization of political communication refers to a state or trend that the government has the relatively micro and direct communication with the public in a daily form, or refers to a dynamic interaction process of attaching great importance to daily expression in political information communication and having dialogues with the public areas. The routinization of political communication requires both parts of political communication have the mutual subject relations and equal, sincere dialogue with each other to reach a consensus of public affairs and realize the public value propositions in public areas. At the same time, it also requires that the agenda setting of government should be close to the public’s daily life, social status, career satisfaction, and happiness of life.
