第37 卷 第1 期 经济林研究 Vol. 37 No.1 2019 年3 月 Non-wood Forest Research Mar. 2019 Doi:10.14067/ki.1003-8981.2019.01.002 http: // 不同类型油茶穗条提取液中生根抑制物的研究 王 瑞，陈隆升，王湘南，张 震，彭邵锋，唐 炜，陈永忠 （湖南省林业科学院，湖南 长沙 410004 ） 摘 要：为给油茶无性繁殖提供理论依据，以油茶新品种‘秋霞’为试验材料，对不同月份（4 月、6 月）采集的 不同类型穗条（8 年生嫁接大树、3 年生组培苗、3 年生家系苗、3 年生扦插苗）提取液的酸度与酚类物质的含量 进行了检测与分析；并以白菜种子为试材，就不同类型穗条提取液对其发芽的生物效应进行了鉴定试验。测定结 果表明：不同月份采集的不同类型穗条提取液的酸度和酚类物质含量均不同。鉴定试验结果表明：白菜种子在不 同月份采集的不同类型穗条提取液原液中的发芽率不存在显著差异，但白菜种子在嫁接大树穗条提取液中的发芽 率最低，而在家系苗穗条提取液中的发芽率最高。研究结果表明：不同类型穗条提取液中均存在生根抑制物质， 且均存在酸类和酚类物质；嫁接大树穗条中生根抑制物质的含量较高，而家系苗穗条中生根抑制物质的含量较低。 关键词：油茶；不同类型穗条；提取液；生根抑制物 中图分类号：S603.8；S794.4 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1003—8981(2019)01—0011—06 Study on rooting inhibitor in extracts of different types of Camellia oleifera scions WANG Rui, CHEN Longsheng, WANG Xiangnan, ZHANG Zhen, PENG Shaofeng, TANG Wei, CHEN Yongzhong (Hunan Academy of Forestry, Changsha 410004, Hunan, China) Abstract: In order to provide some references for vegetative propagation in Camellia oleifera, using new variety ‘qiuxia’ as test materials, acidities and phenols contents in extracts of different types of scions (8-year-old grafted trees, 3-year- old tissue culture seedlings, 3-year-old family seedlings and 3-year-old cutting seedlings) were determined and analyzed, which were sampled at different periods (April and June).
