浙江可再生能源现状及发展对策研究.pdf

内容 摘 要 能源是人类赖以生存繁衍、社会得以繁荣进步的重要物质基 础，也是国民经济发展和人民生活水平提高的重要物质基础。浙江 省自改革开放以来的 20 年, 经济发展迅速, 科技与经济实力不断增 强，能源消耗量逐年增大，但由于我省本地常规能源十分贫乏，能 源自给率不断下降，为了维护浙江省能源安全和实现经济的可持续 发展，必须加强可再生能源的发展和研究。本文首先介绍了浙江省 能源消费现状，并分析了我省能源短缺的内在原因，基于这些原因 及我省可再生能源储量丰富的前提条件下，提出了我省应大力开发 利用可再生能源。本文还结合了我省可再生能源发展过程中遇到的 问题与不足提出加快开发我省可再生能源的对策和建议。 关键词：浙江能源，可再生能源，常规能源，对策 II ABSTRACT Energy is an important material foundation for the survival of human growth, social progress and prosperity, but also is an important material foundation for the development of material economic and improvement of people’s living. Zhejiang Province since the reform and opening up before 20 years ago, rapid economic development, science and technolo- gy continuously enhance, energy consumption increased year by year, but local conventional energy resources in our province is very poor, energy self-sufficiency rate has been decreasing in order to safeguard energy resources in Zhejiang Province Security and achieve sustainable economic development, we need to strengthen renewable energy development and research. This paper first introduced the current situation of energy consumption in Zhejiang Province, and analyse the underlying causes of the energy shortage in our province, for these reasons and rich reserves of renewable energy in our province, we should vigorously develop the use of renewable energy. It also suggests measures and recommendations combines the course of the problems encountered in developing in our province to speed up the development of the renewable energy.
