第 29 卷第 4 期 声 学 技 术 Vol.29, No.4 2010 年 8 月 Technical Acoustics Aug., 2010 宝钢三热轧厂界噪声治理 何金龙 (上海申华声学装备有限公司，上海 200070) 摘要：钢铁厂噪声源分布较广，声源较复杂，治理难度较大。宝钢三热轧厂因除尘设备风机、汽车板及硅钢生产线、 煤气加压站等噪声源导致厂界噪声不能达标。在分析该区域噪声产生的根源之后，通过消声、吸声、隔声等措施对 该区域进行综合治理。治理分两个阶段，经过第一个阶段的治理，噪声有所改善，但测点 1#夜间仍不达标，超标约 8dB(A)，测点2#夜间也不达标，超标约 6dB(A) 。第二阶段分别对煤气加压站、汽车板及硅钢生产线区域以及过渡段 加装声屏障，使得 1#、2#两个测点夜间噪声都达到夜间时段 55dB(A)的要求，最终达到厂界标准。 关键词：声学；噪声，声屏障；噪声治理 中图分类号：TB535 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1000-3630(2010)-04-0414-04 DOI 编码：10.3969/j.issn1000-3630.2010.04.014 Noise control in third hot-roll of Baosteel HE Jin-long (Shanghai Shen Hua Acoustis Equipment Co.,Ltd, Shanghai 200070, China) Abstract: In view of the complex noise source distribution at steel plant, the ambient noise is very difficult to control. This paper analyzes the noise sources of the third hot-roll factory of Baosteel, which come from the fan of the dust-collecting equipment，the production line of the moto-board and silicon-steel ，and the pressuring station of coal gas. The treatments for noise reduction are divided in two stages through taking the measures of noise eliminating, absorbing and insulating. Only a little effect appears after the first stage of treatments, and the noise values of the two typical measured points are all still beyond the standard value at night, that is 8 dB(A) for No.1 and 6 dB(A) for No.2 respec- tively.
