Warming up 1. Ask Ss the question: What did you do last weekend? Then lead Ss to guess what the teacher did last weekend and show Ss a video. 2. Ask Ss to watch the video and answer some questions about the video to get familiar with the new words and let the Ss know about milk shake by watching the video. II. Have a discussion. Ss discuss in groups to find out what are needed to make a banana milk shake. T check the answers and lead Ss to read the new words. Ⅲ. Show Ss how to make a banana milk shake. T shows Ss the steps one by one. While the teacher is showing the steps ask Ss to follow the T to say the steps together. Meanwhile ask Ss to guess the meaning of some important verbs that will be used in the steps to make Ss have a better understanding of these verbs.
