品管圈在降低住院患者钢针使用率中的应用 马益敏，肖玲，王海霞，傅荣春，马丽 江苏省泰兴市人民医院介入科 225400 摘要：目的 通过开展品管圈活动降低住院患者钢针使用率，减少输液相关并发症，促进舒适，提升护士临床评估能力，减少护士静脉穿刺次数，提高工作效率，减少针刺伤。方法 成立由7人组成的品管圈活动小组；确立“降低住院患者钢针使用率”为活动主题，拟定活动计划，进行为期一个月的现状把握，利用头脑风暴分析原因，圈员共同拟定对策并按计划实施，比较活动前后住院患者钢针使用率，从而确认活动效果。结果 开展品管圈活动后，住院患者的钢针使用率低于活动前（p＜0.01），护士静脉穿刺次数明显下降（p＜0.01）。结论 开展品管圈活动不仅降低了住院患者的钢针使用率，减少了输液相关并发症和反复穿刺的痛苦，保护了患者的生命通道，同时也提升了护士的临床评估能力，减少护士静脉穿刺次数，提高了工作效率，降低了针刺伤的发生机率，更增强了团队的凝聚力和协作精神，值得推广。矚慫润厲钐瘗睞枥庑赖賃軔朧碍鳝绢懣硯涛镕頃赎巯驂雞虯从躜鞯烧。 关键词：品管圈；住院患者；钢针使用率 The research of QCC to reduce the utilization of the draw point in inpatient聞創沟燴鐺險爱氇谴净祸測樅锯鳗鲮詣鋃陉蛮苎覺藍驳驂签拋敘睑绑。 Ma Yi-min，Xiao Lin，Wang Hai-xia，Fu Rong-chun，Ma Li （Taixing People’s Hospital，Taixing ，Jiangsu，225400）残骛楼諍锩瀨濟溆塹籟婭骒東戇鳖納们怿碩洒強缦骟飴顢歡窃緞駔蚂。 Abstract：Objective To reduce the utilization of the draw point in inpatient and the complications associated with infusion through the development of QCC.
