A majority of students were quite interested in the topic but their knowledge about these famous universities was quite limited. Therefore it is quite necessary to conduct this lesson. Students gained a lot of culture knowledge about these universities by participating in listening and speaking activities, while as the time is limited, it is really difficult to conduct cultural comparison activities to make students better understand the similarities and differences between higher education at home and abroad. It is advised to further develop this topic at the second year of their college education.
