电热恒温箱的单片机控制系统设计 摘要 随着人们生活水平的不断提高，社会生产生活的需要有了对恒温控制系统的需求，因此，就有了电热恒温箱的单片机控制系统设计，电热恒温培养箱可供科 研机关以及医院作细菌培养之用，也可以育种、发酵以及其他的恒温试验用。 本文介绍了一种电热恒温箱的单片机控制系统。在温度采集方面选用了美国国家半导体公司的集成化半导体传感器LM134。也可使用国内生产的同类型产品。集成化传感器是新型器件，它比直接用一个PN结作传感器灵敏度高、线性好、使用方便。控制系统主要有三大部分组成，分别是温度采集部分、温度控制部分、控制信号的输出执行部分。系统设计使用的芯片都是系统设计经常用到的器件，微处理机采用美国ATMEL公司推出的单片微机AT89C51，1片Intel 8155 作为I/O扩展器，组成微机基本系统。由于这些器件在电平、速度等方面都完全相容，所以微机系统的硬件结构简单，调试方便。 微机系统中主要I/O口的分配如下：AT89C51的P1口为温度信号输入口，8155的PA口为设定温度的键盘输入口，8155的PB口为打印数据输出口，温度显示信号由AT89C51的串行口P3.0和p3.1输出，执行元件由8155的PC3控制。 关键词：微机系统、单片机、电热恒温箱、传感器。 A singlechip control system design of the electrothermal constant temperature cabinet Abstract Raise continuously along with the living horizontal of people, the society produces the need that the living demand had to the constant temperature control system，Therefore, there be a machine control system design of the electrothermal constant temperature cabinet, The electrothermal constant temperature development cabinet can be provided as section Grind the organization and hospitals makes the germs development, can also teach the kind, ferment and other constant temperature tests use.
