中草药 Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 第 46 卷 第 11 期 2015 年 6 月 ·1593 · 糙叶败酱正丁醇部位化学成分研究 1, 2 1, 2* 1 1 1 1 马趣环 ，石晓峰 ，范 彬 ，沈 薇 ，刘东彦 ，王新娣 1. 甘肃省医学科学研究院药物研究所，甘肃 兰州 730050 2. 甘肃中医学院，甘肃省中药药理与毒理学重点实验室，甘肃 兰州 730030 摘 要：目的 研究糙叶败酱 Patrinia scabra 根及根茎的化学成分。方法 利用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶及 Sephadex LH-20 凝 胶柱色谱对其化学成分进行分离、纯化，根据理化性质及波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 从糙叶败酱水提取物的正丁醇萃取 部位分离得到 12 个化合物，分别鉴定为 5-O-阿魏酰奎宁酸（1）、7α-莫诺苷（2 ）、7β-莫诺苷（3 ）、白花败酱醇（4 ）、原儿 茶酸（5 ）、β-胡萝卜苷（6 ）、isopatriscabroside I （7 ）、patriscabroside I （8 ）、patrinioside （9 ）、松脂醇-4,4′-二-O-β-D-葡萄糖 苷（10 ）、落叶松脂醇-4′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷（11）、villosolside （12）。结论 糙叶败酱正丁醇部位以环烯醚萜类化合物居多， 其中，化合物 2～6 为首次从该植物中分离得到，化合物 1 为首次从败酱科败酱属植物中分离得到。 关键词：糙叶败酱；5-O-阿魏酰奎宁酸；7α-莫诺苷；白花败酱醇；原儿茶酸；落叶松脂醇-4′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷 中图分类号：R284.1 文献标志码：A 文章编号：0253 - 2670 (2015)11 - 1593 - 04 DOI: 10.7501/j.issn.0253-2670.2015.11.005 Chemical constituents of n-butanol fraction from Patrinia scabra 1, 2 1, 2 1 1 1 1 MA Qu-huan , SHI Xiao-feng , FAN Bin , SHEN Wei , LIU Dong-yan , WANG Xin-di 1.
